The Philosophy
Our society can very much be one of ‘go, go, do, more, faster, better,’ without ever taking time to rest and pay attention to what’s happening around us. This can take us out of balance, putting an overload of pressure on our body’s vital systems. The same need to slow down and bring mindful attention to our bodies is true for how we approach fitness. The classes I teach bring together an essential balance of East and West to allow our bodies to grow stronger and healthier, sustainably.
