Our retreats invite you to escape the stress of daily life and breathe, relax and rejuvenate. Our intention is to educate, inspire and entertain through a variety of daily exercise classes, yoga and cooking instruction. We are experienced, personable and professional instructors that take your happiness and health seriously.
