The Philosophy
Yoga provides a space to de-stress, unwind, and calm the mental chatter. In quiet, calm and stillness this is where we find union with our higher selves. My classes intend to help you pay attention to what your body needs right now, and step into the practice of connecting more deeply with yourself.
