The Philosophy

Yoga provides a space to de-stress, unwind, and calm the mental chatter. In quiet, calm and stillness this is where we find union with our higher selves. My classes intend to help you pay attention to what your body needs right now, and step into the practice of connecting more deeply with yourself.

Private Yoga Sessions

Elevate your yoga practice with a one-on-one private session. Pratice alignment, breath, mastery of poses, sequencing, and more. I teach several styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pre-natal, Gentle and Restorative.

Vinyasa Flow Class

This is a strong yet playful vinyasa flow.  This class offers a faster pace practice, explores more complex movements and sequences including twists, backbends; options for inversions and arm balances. All postures can be modified to meet your level of fitness, strength and flexibility. Every Saturday from 9 - 10:30 AM (Offered on Zoom and In-Person)

Gentle Restorative Yoga Class

This slower paced vinyasa (flow) class is appropriate for all levels. Students will learn to coordinate movement with breath. Each class begins with a short meditation and ends with Svasana. Every Tuesday on Zoom from 8 - 8:45 AM.
